The automatic batching system is a kind of automatic batching system used in food production. The automatic control system of dry mixing treatment is realized by Siemens PLC, Siemens Touch Screen TP and Wonderware InTouch. The control system first receives the operator's command, and then judges whether the logical conditions of the process program to be executed are satisfied according to the collected field information. If the conditions are satisfied, the control program outputs signals in a specific order to activate or close various devices in the control process.

Human-machine interface (HMI) is used to realize the operation, monitoring and data analysis of control system. It completes the organic combination of field equipment and operators. Through HMI, operators can input commands, input different process parameters, and complete production; at the same time, they can get information about the system status; they can also inquire about the current production process of the system; if abnormal conditions occur, the system will send an alarm signal.


This system mainly applies vacuum conveying feeding, vacuum conveying packaging and screw conveying metering to complete the automation of dry mixing system. After the plan is made, the dry mixing system is started. The whole system is divided into four parts: powder feeding, silo metering, dry mixing and packaging.
