High shear head:


1) High shear head is the core of vacuum mixer unit. High shear head achieves efficient, fast and repeatable mixing.


2) The shear and energy dissipation rate of vacuum mixer is obviously higher than that of traditional mixer container. Therefore, the mixer is suitable for dispersion, dissolution and emulsification between solid and liquid, as well as homogenization and emulsification between liquid and liquid. The mixing process is so intense that even well-known insoluble ingredients such as pectin can be emulsified in seconds.



Working principle:

The vacuum pump is used to vacuum vacuum in the container, and the vacuum acts in the mixing container. The air in the air is reduced, and there is a certain liquid level in the tank during the mixing process, which prevents the air from entering and produces a large amount of foam and ensures the best wetting of the powder. The high shearing head at the bottom of the tank runs at high speed. The number of powders (possibly sugar, lactose, stabilizers) in the mixer also fluctuates during production. No matter how many powders enter the mixer, the system will ensure the stability of production.



4) Vacuum suction can make the dry-wet zone of feeding distinct:
